Marcus C. Slavenas
Marcus grew up amongst the corn fields of rural Illinois. He served as a Reconnaissance Marine in Gulf War I. He separated from the Marine Corps honorably after his first enlistment, likely foregoing death, mutilation, or worse. Marcus received a Bachelor's of Physics from the University of Illinois and worked as a programmer until his beloved wife Carolyn convinced him to quit his job and follow his passion for killing words.
